Awareness and tips for preventing heart attack

In our school Sir V.D.T Girls High school, arranged a seminar, conducted by Binoy V. Sebanstian, the manager of Marketing and Public Relations, Metas Adventist Hospital. The purpose of this seminar was to develop awareness about the symptoms of heart disease and tips for preventing it by the use of first aid at home to our students as well as staff members .
A pieces of advice were given by Mr. Binoy to prevent heart attack and its complications. It was useful to our school students as well as staff members.
